During the meeting, representatives from both sides had in-depth discussions on talent cultivation, vocational skills training, and expanding internship and employment opportunities. Ms. Shuxin, Li, Director of HR and Administration of the company, stated that the company could accept 20 interns to engage in project cashiering, operation management, and other positions, providing pre-job training and promotion training. In addition, students could visit projects to help them learn and practice related work content. The enterprise representatives confirmed that there is a sound talent cultivation system within the company, and both interns and employees have established career paths and promotion channels.

Our School of Business has close ties with the company in terms of business management, marketing, e-commerce, big data and accounting, international economics, and trade programs. Professors of the School of Business proposed the idea of "Lecture by Enterprise Professions," where industry professionals and experienced workers could share their experiences, cultivate students' service awareness and help them establish a more comprehensive understanding of modern service industries.
