Productive SCC-CC Presidents Meeting Wraps up with Review of 2020 and Outlook for 2021

　　On December 11.  Dr. Peng Zhenyun - SCC President connected with Dr. Craig Stephenson - Centennial College President via video conference. Ms. Virginia Macchiavello, Ms. Jin Li, Ms. Kay Zhang and Mr. Aaron Chen joined the online meeting.

　　In the meeting, both presidents aligned their visions of building a well-recognized high quality reputable premier Sino-foreign college “WE ARE HERE to MAKE A DIFFERENCE”. Then Dr. Peng briefed Dr. Stephenson on the current challenges of 2020 ELL students were facing as well as the long-term strategies the college would take to improve the difficult situation.

　　The idea of building SCC in o Centennial College’s Asian-pacific English Centre and Micro-certificate learning center was also brought up to the meeting. All attendees participated in the topic discussion and they all agreed that this area would have many potentials to explore in the next few years.

　　Lastly, Dr. Stephenson said he and his CC team would continue his support on SCC innovation programs and student learning experience.
